    As an experienced engineer, I was a part of several high-profile projects that involve leading and managing teams. These include leading the mobile development team for the award-winning NZ Covid Tracer app, as well as the Health Hub project. Following the succession of these projects, I was promoted to the Senior Software Engineer II role, which came with additional responsibilities. I was also managing, leading, and mentoring a group of developers through learning chapters, goal setting, and monthly 1-on-1s.
